Esquire Magazine DJ Booth

‘the party piece’

Commissioned to build a DJ Booth for an open house party at a recently renovated cast iron building in SoHo, NYC, this small DJ Booth was built almost entirely out of found materials.

The middle spine supports a 1” thick lucite top and is cantilevered out past the main wood base. The entire structure is anchored to a steel plate counterweight.
