Originally built as an accessory home for staff, this small two bedroom home was re-imagined as a mountain summer home for the owner’s daughter. One of four homes on this historic family property, NLS was brought on board to re-design the entire home.

Due to existing sewage and utility infrastructure, expanding conditioned space outside the existing footprint was not an option. Originally a two bedroom with a shared bath, living, and kitchenette, the proposed design consolidated the plan into a single primary suite with a full kitchen, plenty of storage, a laundry room, walk in closet, and living room. A new covered porch on the rear provides an outdoor living area with views of Lake Louise.
