The client wanted the architecture to straddle the line between craftsman and modern, with a smaller footprint than its sister home. This custom home in Winston Salem, located in the Brookberry Farms development, is a four bed four bath with and open common area and a semi-detached garage.

Designed to allow for a future garage loft, the garage was designed to provide for a breeze way connection on the first floor stacked under a conditioned passage on between the media area and the future garage loft.

With three possible points of entry and two stairwells, the circulation is flexible depending on the usage of the day.
